Small and Medium Whitefish Filleting Machine

The BAADER 588 is an advanced unique filleting machine for small and medium whitefish – fresh or defrosted. It is designed in a completely new manner with respect to yield, hygiene, performance and fillet quality. A stable run of the fish through the machine guarantees higher throughput. The fillets from this new BAADER 588 are of an extraordinary quality – even with soft fish.

Atlantic cod: 350–2,500 g / 35–70 cm
Haddock: 400–2,300 g / 35–65 cm
Saithe: 400–1,500 g / 35–55 cm
Hake: 160–800 g / 15–35 cm
Pacific cod 350–2,500 g / 35–70 cm

Throughput: Up to 36 fish/min, (depending on operator skills and fish species)
