Gravisep NTB Description

The Nijhuis range of Gravisep lamella settler systems, type NTB, are designed and for and are in use for the following applications:

  • Sand removal
  • Starch removal
  • Settleable solids
  • Settling biosolids following aerobic treatment
  • Settling solids from backwash waters

The Gravisep, type NTB, can either be integrated in a total solution or offered as a single product for your waste water.

Gravisep NTB - Technical Data

In the Nijhuis Water Technology lamella settler the heavy particles will settle to the cone[s] at the bottom of the unit.

A counter current lamella plate pack is installed to increase the separation area of the unit and ensures that even the smallest particles are removed from the waste water. This makes the Gravisep NTB unit very compact.

The unit is equipped with automatic sediment removal valves for removing the settled material. These valves may be electric or pneumatic according to the application.

Unit selection is based on the type of waste water, hydraulic and sediment handling capacity.

Unit can be fitted with an cover. Also ancillaries like reaction tanks and chemical dosing systems can be provided on request.
