Baader 221 Description

The Baader 221 is automatic Pelagic Processing Line. As a fully integrated collection of processing machines, the 221 is the first and last word in pelagic processing. This fully automated line can head, gut, fillet and skin mackerel, herring, sardine, trout and several other species to a host of specifications.

The beauty of the Baader 221 is that each line is developed around the individual customer. The strengths and limitations of each customer are taken into account before the plans are drawn. The customer's desired output, space limitations, human recourses and other unique issue influence the construction of the line.

Once completed man-hours will be drastically reduced, as just one supervisor can control the entire line from his or her office through the machines Line Monitoring and Control System LMCS. The LMCS can also be hooked up to a server so that the machine's operations and statistics can be accessed remotely.

The Baader 221 is the way forward in integrated pelagic processing. Baader have taken their one hundred years of industry knowledge and applied it to challenges of today's industry. In doing so they have created a line that is not only capable of meeting today's challenges, but is ready for the challenges to come.
