Baader 212 Description

The Baader 212 is a multi-function processing unit for Alaska Pollack, Cod, Hoki, Pink Salmon and similar fish. The machine incorporates heading, gutting and roe extraction into a single processing unit. By incorporating these functions in a single machine, the Baader 212 minimizes waste, man-hours and cost, and maximises quality, efficiency and profits.

Heading is achieved on the Baader 212 by electronically measuring each fish. The machines' computer determines the precise point at which the cut will yield the highest return. The head is removed with the aid of a V-Cut, leaving the fish ready for filleting and roe extraction. The fish is then filleted over it's the entire length, again using the Baader 212's electronic measurement system, ensuring each fish is cut to its own custom requirements.

Roe extraction on the Baader 212 is an optional feature that, when enabled, will cleanly remove roe and guts. The process is extremely gentle, and leaves the roe in excellent condition.

This machine performs all of these tasks to the highest standard possible, delivering the highest yields, to the highest standard in the shortest time.
