Baader 192 Description

The Baader 192 is an extremely efficient fish processing machine that is controlled by a central computer. The machine can output 80-100 headed, gutted, roe extracted and filleted units per minute. The machine's efficiency can be credited to the central computer which electronically measures each fish, and adjusts its operations to suit each fish. By customising each step, the machine is able to dramatically reduce waste, and thus increase yields to the highest level possible.

Another benefit of having the machine guided by a central computer is the degree to control it gives the machine operator. Through the central control panel, the operator has the ability to alter the cuts via selector switches. These switches can tweak the cuts to compensate for varying fish structures, or to alter the desired appearance of the product.

There are also several cut options available on the Baader 192. For heading the highest yield is achieved through a V-Cut, however, a straight cut is also available. Baader 192 is also capable of producing J-Cut fillets.
